Through mindful breathing and intentional movement, we support you in cultivating strength, flexibility, and inner peace - empowering you to connect deeply with yourself.
As our lead instructor, Megan is a passionate and experienced yoga instructor with over 200 hours of formal training since 2017. Her classes enhance fitness, promote well-being, and foster body positivity. Her sessions focus on creating a welcoming and empowering space for students of all levels, encouraging exploration and growth in their practice.
In addition to her 200 plus hours of yoga training, she holds certifications in Barre, Yin Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, PiYo, and is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.
Megan's intention is to encourage a positive change in energy within her students. She encourages you to look yourself in the mirror and honor how you are in this very moment, no matter how you are feeling due to external forces . Be proud, stand tall, and smile!
